Conditions of Use
Elixir Honey Pty Ltd (includes Elixir Honey & BushBlossom) and its affiliates provide our on line shopping services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Elixir Honey, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future Elixir Honey on line shopping service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with Elixir Honey, whether or not included in the Elixir Honey Web site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. By making an online purchase from Elixir Honey you agree that you have read and agreed with all the terms and conditions.

Offer to Purchase Terms
By sending an order through this website you are placing an offer to purchase selected products at the shown prices on this website. We reserve the right to refuse any offer to purchase for whatever reason including out of date pricing or incorrect pricing, inability to supply stock, incorrect freight calculations or any other reason. We try to keep our information as accurate as possible. Where a problem occurs, we will contact you and provide you with your options. We will credit your credit card if we cannot supply your order at a mutually agreed price. Processing of your payment and shipping of the goods indicates our acceptance of your offer to purchase.

Security & Privacy
All orders are made through a secure web server. For expanded information on our secure server information please see our security page. We are committed to maintaining your privacy.

Delivery Time Frame
After your order has been processed, you will be sent an email to confirm that this has been completed and the items have been sent. If we notice any missing information or anticipate any issues, we will get in touch with you to ask further questions. Otherwise the order should be delivered within 10 working days from confirmation of your delivery address and payment details.

Ordering
We only accept orders for shipment to Australian residential addresses. Private mailboxes (PO Boxes), or overseas shipping addresses will not be accepted.

International Orders
We do not accept orders shipped to international addresses from our online shopping cart.  For all international sales please contact our team directly via telephone +61 431890544 or email sales@bushblossom.com.au so that our team may be able to support your request.

Price
Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the time of ordering. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (goods and services tax) where it applies.

Product Delivery Restrictions
TAS: Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, we cannot send honeycomb or raw beeswax into Tasmania. All other products may be shipped into Tasmania.

Delivery
We offer free shipping  on all orders delivered to a single Australian mailing address. International orders over $50 will receive free delivery.
Only delivery to  residential and business addresses are accepted (PO Boxes are NOT accepted). Please phone our team prior to completing an online order to arrange delivery to multiple addresses.
We use Couriers (primary freight partner) or Australia Post for delivery to all areas of Australia and aim to have your order delivered within 10 working days. To some regional parts of Australia, delivery can take longer.
During busy periods, such as Christmas, and in the event of public holidays, delays in delivery can occur due to the capacity of our transport providers.
Please make sure that delivery address and postcode are correct as we cannot be responsible for non delivery due to an incorrect address provided. Likewise in the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (eg civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown etc) we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays.
We ship and track all orders via Courier or Australia Post and a signature is required upon delivery. If no-one is home at the time of delivery a card will be left explaining the options to either collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office if it is being shipped via Australia Post or to organise to have it redelivered it arriving via courier at your cost.
When ordering if you would like your delivery to be left in a secure place without the need for a signature you can specify this in the delivery comments section of the order. This acts as an “authority to leave” notification and Elixir Honey cannot be held responsible for lost or damage to this delivery.

Payment
We accept payment online by PayPal, Visa or MasterCard. Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential.
Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.
Elixir Honey does not store nor process any Credit Card information.

Title
Elixir Honey Pty Ltd retains all rights of ownership and possession of the goods until full payment has been received.

Cancellation
Elixir Honey Pty Ltd reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty. You too may cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the notification prior to the order being dispatched.

Quality Concerns
We take great pride in the quality and condition of our honey and bee products and it should reach you in the best possible condition. When you receive your order if you are not happy with what you have received, please call us right away on 0431 890 544 or email sales@bushblossom.com.au and we will endeavour to address any concerns as soon as possible.

Returns
Elixir Honey is committed to providing quality products to all our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products please contact our team on 0431 890 544 within 7 days to discuss your return options with one of our friendly staff.  Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, honey (runny or creamed) and honeycomb and beeswax products (including bee balm, lip balm and candles) are prohibited from entering Western Australia.   This means we are unable to accept product returns into WA.   We are happy to look at your concerns if there is a problem with your order however, but while we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction, we do not guarantee that we will offer replacement product or a refund.   We are happy to provide an exchange where the product is faulty, unfit for the purpose intended or an incorrect size. In order to exchange you may be asked to provide proof of purchase so please retain all receipts issued to you and/or photograph. Where we agree to a product return we will arrange free return delivery of the item from you (within WA) and a replacement product from the same range to an equivalent value if the item purchased is unavailable for any reason.

Packing
All items are packed to a very high standard. If you receive any damaged goods, please contact us to arrange a refund/exchange or replacement.

Privacy & Your Information
We retain details necessary for successful fulfillment of your order and may use them for marketing purposes for example emailing or posting you information about seasonal offers. These include: name, address, telephone number and email address of sender, and name, address, telephone number and email address of recipient. We do not sell contact details to any other companies. We will never cold call you for marketing purposes. Credit card details are not retained after payment has been received.
