Is it just me or I get wind burnt lips easily when I am using lip balm? Maybe it's just a random thing. I know that our lips can get flaky when we have cough or colds because the oxygen can't travel smoothly in our system because it's blocked by phlegm. It can't be corrected by any lip balm, I think. Still it wouldn't hurt to always have one in your pocket since wind burns can be really painful and I am going to feel sorry to anyone who is so pale from it already.
